Also for solving problems, the algorithms for an estimate calculation as well as the related software programs are used. For all cases, algorithms and software programs are suggested. The study consists of two important steps. Classification of criteria for the evaluation of scientific and educational information (SEI), their systematization, analysis of problem of ensuring the security of information resources are given. Also, the information infrastructure development indicators and projects implemented in the field of information security are outlined. Evaluation of SEI units is carried out by experts who themselves have a weighting factor and are dependent on their qualifications. The results of the research are the basis for the creation of an automated system for ensuring information security in the corporate library system of academic libraries. The corporate network forms an electronic public library, distributes the SEI between resource users. The development of a multi-class algorithm for symbol classification serves to develop the theory of symbol recognition. It deals with the construction of a decision rule construction algorithm. Its main purpose is to determine which of the given classes the recognized object belongs to. The complexity or simplicity of the proposed algorithm depends on the number of classes participating in the study sample. If the number of classes is two, then the formulation of decision rules is simple. That is why the classification algorithms proposed by most authors are solved for cases where the number of classes is three or more, the decisive rule in the matter of classification of objects is solved by making two classes. The construction of a multi-class decision rule for classification, which takes into account all classes at the same time, is a complex and urgent issue. It meets the requirements of modern high-frequency technologies and provides reliable and efficient data transmission in a given frequency range. The wide range of operating frequencies and high directionality make the log-periodic antenna an ideal choice for modern telecommunication communication systems. The log-periodic antenna is capable of efficiently transmitting signals over long distances and ensuring stable communication in changing radio frequency environments. In this article, we will explore research findings concerning the modeling of electrical parameters and directional characteristics of antennas operating in the ultra-high frequency range. This exploration involves augmenting the quantity of wideband log-periodic antenna elements utilized in wireless communication systems, altering the material composition of such antennas, and varying the operational environment. The process of designing an antenna device using computer software can be divided into the following main stages: problem formulation, structural synthesis, mathematical modeling and analysis of electrical properties, parameter optimization, and analysis of the antenna's radiation pattern. The scientific research was modeled using the MMANA-GAL program within the frequency range of 450-870 MHz. This program facilitates the easy preparation of information for calculations and analysis of results. The proposed system exhibits heightened sensitivity, tailored for precise analysis of optical parameters of liquid media products. Utilizing key components such as light-emitting diodes, a cuvette, the attenuated total reflectance element, and an optical detector, this system epitomizes versatility and efficacy across diverse applications. Through the integration of attenuated total reflectance elements, researchers and engineers can develop highly sensitive instruments, facilitating non-destructive testing, chemical analysis, and environmental monitoring. The inherent flexibility in such systems enables customization to meet specific measurement requirements, ranging from industrial process monitoring to medical diagnostics, by adjusting parameters like angle of incidence, light wavelength, and optical material selection. The purpose of the research is to create effective methods and tools to protect the databases of the scientific and educational resources from unauthorized access in libraries and library networks using fuzzy logic methods. As a model and solution method, a fuzzy model of second-type correspondences is proposed, which makes it possible to comprehensively solve the problem of identifying threats in the event of a situation, as well as provide recommendations on how to eliminate them. Significant progress in recent years in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) methods and systems gives hope that their use will significantly reduce the time needed to search for data for scientific research and educational activities. The aim of the research results presented in the article is to increase the efficiency for scientific and educational information retrieval based on the use of AI methods implemented in the integrated intelligent information system “SMART TUIT". The article presents the results of theoretical and applied research obtained by several departments of the Tashkent University of Information Technology (TUIT) in solving the following tasks: Voice recognition for subsequent processing; Pattern recognition in order to identify the users of information; Search and processing of scientific and educational resources in electronic libraries; Analysis of information needs of users depending on the level of competence and type of activity; Evaluation of scientific and educational information to identify the most important data sources; Geoinformation system to solve the problems of the location of the information source. Library websites play an important role in managing the activities of digital libraries and improving their position in the information space. In general, the website is considered the "calling card" of the electronic library. It is not only a means of communication between readers and the library, but also a source of information that allows you to evaluate the activities of the library based on information about the use of library website by readers. The purpose of the study is to develop a data processing method to improve the efficiency of evaluating public library information resources and websites. A method and algorithm for expert assessment of a site using fuzzy logic are proposed. The article presents the possibilities of using web analytics to determine webometric indicators of a library website, study user behavior patterns, as well as analysis that improves the functionality of the site. Libraries are offered a comprehensive method for multi-criteria evaluation of websites. The essence of this method is that with this method we can not only evaluate the website in a traditional way, but also get the following useful results: full evaluation of websites, evaluation of websites according to certain criteria, selective comparison and ranking of websites are presented. An analysis of classification criteria for evaluating public library websites is presented. To minimize subjectivity when evaluating a website, the evaluation process can involve not only experts, but also a wider audience through online and offline surveys. Often these systems duplicate some functions, databases, and also there are problems of compatibility of these systems. The most common educational systems are systems for creating electronic libraries, access to scientific and educational information, a program for detecting plagiarism, testing knowledge, etc. In this article, models and solutions for the integration of such educational automated systems as the information library system (ILS) and the anti-plagiarism system are examined. Integration of systems is based on the compatibility of databases, if more precisely in the metadata of different information models. At the same time, Cloud technologies are used - data processing technology, in which computer resources are provided to the user of the integrated system as an online service. ILS creates e-library of graduation papers and dissertations on the main server. During the creation of the electronic catalog, the communication format MARC21 is used. The database development is distributed for each department. The subsystem of anti-plagiarism analyzes the full-text database for the similarity of texts (dissertations, diploma works and others). Also it identifies the percentage of coincidence, creates the table of statistical information on the coincidence of tests for each author and division, indicating similar fields. For example, ways to parallel the process of digital processing of seismic signals have been considered. The main performance indicators of parallel algorithms have been compared with consecutive algorithms. Spline methods are a versatile signal processing tool. It is more accurate than other mathematical methods, information equality is faster, and maintenance costs are much lower. On the other hand, the equipment used in such systems must also meet high performance requirements. To achieve high speeds, parallel algorithms were developed using OpenMP and MPI technologies and implemented in the architecture of multi-core processors. A mathematical method for the parallel calculation of the coefficients of a cubic spline has been developed and a parallel signal processing algorithm has been developed on its basis. As an example, parallelization is a computation during seismic signal processing. The main indicators of efficiency and acceleration of the parallel algorithm were compared with the sequential algorithm. Explained the relevance of the use of parallel numerical systems, described the main approaches to the distribution of processes and methods of data processing, described the principles of parallel programming technology, studied the basic parameters of parallel algorithms for the initial calculation of the numerical value of cubic spline.
