Conference Object Citation Count: 1Algorithm for the Selection of Informative Symptoms in the Classification of Medical Data(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2020) Nishanov, A. Kh; Ruzibaev, O. B.; Chedjou, J. C.; Kyamakya, K.; Abhiram, Kolli; De Silva, Perumadura; Khasanova, M. A.; Department of System and Applied ProgrammingIn this paper the issues like preprocessing of medical data, reclassification of the training sets and determining the importance of classes, formation of reference tables, selection of an informative features set that differentiate between class objects, formed by medical professionals are discussed and solved. Mainly in the most studied references [5-8, 11-13] the Fisher's criterion is used to obtain solutions to problems/tasks. Also for solving problems, the algorithms for an estimate calculation as well as the related software programs are used. For all cases, algorithms and software programs are suggested. The study consists of two important steps. The first step is to build a reference table, based on the importance of the features and objects as well as their contribution to the classes [1-4, 9, 10]; the second step is concerned with the choice of the most useful characteristic features set to be investigated. This corresponds to solving the issue of selection of set of informative features from a given table, their visualization, and the determination of the contribution of the features set to the formation of classes [1-13].Conference Object Citation Count: 4Algorithms and Service for Digital Processing of Two-Dimensional Geophysical Fields Using Octave Method(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2022) Zaynidinov, H. N.; Singh, Dhananjay; Yusupov, I; Makhmudjanov, S. U.; Department of Artificial IntelligenceThis paper covers new algorithms for digital signal processing of two-dimensional geophysical fields using octave method, which predicts the mineral value of the field in terms of signal energy value. In addition, it addresses and shows a functional scheme of the platform service based on cloud technologies. The essence of the work is that the geophysical data are two-dimensional, so their volume is very large. This requires the use of fast algorithms for digital processing of large amounts of data. Therefore, if we use the octave method effectively, the required result is obtained by calculating the value of the signal energy and comparing the finite difference of these values with its previous value.Conference Object Citation Count: 0Analysis of Criteria for Ensuringinformation Security of Scientific and Educational Resources(Rezekne Higher Educ inst-rezeknes Augstskola, 2018) Rakhmatullaev, Marat; Normatov, Sherbek; Department of Information and Library SystemsAt present, information and knowledge in the field of science and education are strategic resources. Promising results have already been obtained from their analysis. In particular, it has been shown that anomalous effects in the ECG are mainly manifested on much larger scales (low frequencies), while normal structures are characterized by relatively small scales (high frequencies). Denoising is one of the urgent problems of digital processing of biomedical signals and tomographic images. Wavelet methods are relatively new and are a method of denoising using wavelet functions. Wavelets allow for the analysis of various types of signals and effective noise removal, so it is of particular interest to study their potential to improve image quality. It is very convenient to use DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) in digital image processing, because it provides deep insight into the main spatial and frequency features. Wavelets provide excellent time-frequency localization, meaning they can capture both transient and stationary features in signals and images. This localization capability is especially valuable in medical applications where signals may contain abrupt changes or irregular patterns. In this paper, we will discuss the method of biomedical signal restoration and denoising in tomographic images using different wavelet functions such as Haar wavelet, Symlet, Meyer wavelet, Daubechies wavelet. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.Book Part Citation Count: 3B-Spline Approximation for Polynomial Splines(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2019) Singh, Dhananjay; Singh, Madhusudan; Hakimjon, Zaynidinov; Department of Artificial Intelligence[No Abstract Available]Conference Object Citation Count: 0Classification Algorithms With a Complex Structure in Pattern Recognition(IEEE Computer Society, 2024) Nishanov, A.Kh.; Allamov, O.; Rakhmanov, A.T.; Yusupova, J.; Ruzibaev, O.B.; Department of System and Applied ProgrammingThe article considers in the intellectual processing of information, moving from a large unit of measurement to a smaller, more important unit of measurement, selecting sets of informative symbols and classifying symbols, developing modern recognition systems that help specialists in the field, as well as evaluating the states of objects to be classified, developing a classification algorithm for multi-class cases of educational samples. The development of a multi-class algorithm for symbol classification serves to develop the theory of symbol recognition. It deals with the construction of a decision rule construction algorithm. Its main purpose is to determine which of the given classes the recognized object belongs to. The complexity or simplicity of the proposed algorithm depends on the number of classes participating in the study sample. If the number of classes is two, then the formulation of decision rules is simple. That is why the classification algorithms proposed by most authors are solved for cases where the number of classes is three or more, the decisive rule in the matter of classification of objects is solved by making two classes. The construction of a multi-class decision rule for classification, which takes into account all classes at the same time, is a complex and urgent issue. In the article, in the classification of objects, a multi-level complex structured decision rule was developed based on special inequalities, and two-, three- and multi-class classification algorithms were developed. © 2024 IEEE.Conference Object Citation Count: 0Comprehensive Study on the Design and Optimization of Log-Periodic Antennas for Ultrahigh Frequency Telecommunication Systems(IEEE Computer Society, 2024) Gubenko, V.A.; Berdiyev, A.A.; Aripova, U.Kh.; Alimuhammedova, M.E.; Department of Teleradiobroadcasting systemsThe main component of modern wireless telecommunications networks is the log-periodic antenna, which is designed to operate at high frequencies. It meets the requirements of modern high-frequency technologies and provides reliable and efficient data transmission in a given frequency range. The wide range of operating frequencies and high directionality make the log-periodic antenna an ideal choice for modern telecommunication communication systems. The log-periodic antenna is capable of efficiently transmitting signals over long distances and ensuring stable communication in changing radio frequency environments. In this article, we will explore research findings concerning the modeling of electrical parameters and directional characteristics of antennas operating in the ultra-high frequency range. This exploration involves augmenting the quantity of wideband log-periodic antenna elements utilized in wireless communication systems, altering the material composition of such antennas, and varying the operational environment. The process of designing an antenna device using computer software can be divided into the following main stages: problem formulation, structural synthesis, mathematical modeling and analysis of electrical properties, parameter optimization, and analysis of the antenna's radiation pattern. The scientific research was modeled using the MMANA-GAL program within the frequency range of 450-870 MHz. This program facilitates the easy preparation of information for calculations and analysis of results. Both text and graphical modes were utilized for constructing the antenna model and displaying the program's outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.Conference Object Citation Count: 0Development of Optoelectronic Control Measurement System Based on Attenuated Total Reflectance Effect(IEEE Computer Society, 2024) Rakhimov, B.N.; Kengesbayev, S.K.; Berdiyev, A.A.; Department of Teleradiobroadcasting systemsThis paper delves into the refractometric methodology for monitoring liquid media within the infrared spectrum, presenting a pioneering design of an optoelectronic system anchored on an attenuated total reflectance element. N.; Yusupov, I; Juraev, J. U.; Singh, Dhananjay; Department of Artificial IntelligenceIn this work, compression and zero coefficients have been determined by using digital processing of the blood image that is 1 mu l (approximately one drop of blood) in the Haar wavelet. Also using this amount, an algorithm is proposed to define the number of leukocytes in human blood. We know that there are currently two types of methods for determining the number of leukocytes: grease and counting by using a microscope. This is a loss of time, causes a number of errors and inconveniences. By using this algorithm, a program has been developed to calculate the number of leukocytes with high accuracy in a blood image of 1 mu l (about one drop of blood).Book Part Citation Count: 3Evaluation Methods of Spline(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2019) Singh, Dhananjay; Singh, Madhusudan; Hakimjon, Zaynidinov; Department of Artificial Intelligence[No Abstract Available]Conference Object Citation Count: 0Experience in Evaluating Legal Scientific Information(American Institute of Physics, 2024) Normatov, S.; Rakhmatullaev, M.; Urinkulov, O.; Khalmuratov, O.; Department of Information and Library SystemsIt is known that scientific information resources in the legal field are an important source of information in the training of qualified personnel in this field, the development of scientific research, and the regulation of relations in the field of law. Library websites play an important role in managing the activities of digital libraries and improving their position in the information space. In general, the website is considered the "calling card" of the electronic library. It is not only a means of communication between readers and the library, but also a source of information that allows you to evaluate the activities of the library based on information about the use of library website by readers. The purpose of the study is to develop a data processing method to improve the efficiency of evaluating public library information resources and websites. A method and algorithm for expert assessment of a site using fuzzy logic are proposed. The article presents the possibilities of using web analytics to determine webometric indicators of a library website, study user behavior patterns, as well as analysis that improves the functionality of the site. Libraries are offered a comprehensive method for multi-criteria evaluation of websites. The essence of this method is that with this method we can not only evaluate the website in a traditional way, but also get the following useful results: full evaluation of websites, evaluation of websites according to certain criteria, selective comparison and ranking of websites are presented. An analysis of classification criteria for evaluating public library websites is presented. To minimize subjectivity when evaluating a website, the evaluation process can involve not only experts, but also a wider audience through online and offline surveys. In general, assessment of electronic public library websites is necessary not only to determine the rating of libraries, but also to make the right management decisions, as well as to determine the needs and interests of readers. © 2024 Diyora Talipova, Barno Ganiyeva, Sherbek Normatov, Marat Rakhmatullaev.
